1 packet from box of Hummus Mix
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons reduced calorie mayonnaise
1/4 cup artichoke hearts marinated,diced
1/4 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
5 teaspoons grated parmesan cheese
2 scallions, coarsely chopped
1/8 teaspoons Louisiana hot sauce
4 teaspoons diced pimiento

Speckled Hummus


Place chick pea dip mix, water, mayonnaise, artichokes, spinach, cheese, scallions and hot sauce in a food processor.
Process until very smooth.
Remove and place in a bowl.
Finely dice the diced pimientos with a knife and stir into first mixture.
Chill 15 minutes.
Use as a spread on TamTam Crackers or as a vegetable dip.
