1 package Manischewitz Gluten Free Wide Noodles, cooked according to package instructions
2 eggs
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp kosher salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp sugar
3 slices of canned pineapple, finely chopped
1/4 cup reserved pineapple juice from can
1/2 cup dried cranberries or craisins
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla

Gluten Free Classic Sweet Noodle Kugel


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Prepare the noodles as instructed on the back of the bag. Drain in colander and rinse gently under cool water. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, mix all other ingredients well.
4. Add the noodles and mix again.
5. Pour mixture into a greased 8″ x 8″ cake pan. Bake 45 minutes. Remove and cool.
