Matzo, cut into 2 inch by 2 inch pieces
Soft Caramels, melted / Caramel Sauce (Heated to 250 DF)
Place the pieces of matzah on a cookies sheet lined with parchment paper
Onto each piece of matza, pour about a teaspoon of the caramel.
Then place 5 cashews around the caramel, sticking out one of the ends of each cashew.
Pour the chocolate on top of the center to cover the middle part of each turtle.
Sprinkle each with some sea salt.
Set aside until the chocolate solidifies.
