1 box Manischewitz® Original Tam Tams™
2 sticks butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 10 oz. bag chocolate chips
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup peanuts
1 cup ground walnuts
On a jellyroll pan lined with parchment paper, line the Tam Tams on the cookie sheet fitting them together as close as possible.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar together and bring to a boil. Let boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and pour over the Tam Tams covering them all. Place pan into oven and bake 4-5 minutes or until the caramel just starts to boil. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. When the chocolate starts to melt, spread it with a knife over the crackers making sure they’re covered evenly.
To add a twist, you can sprinkle marshmallows and peanuts on top to make it rocky road or just ground nuts while the chocolate is still melted.
Place pan into freezer for 20 minutes or until brittle is completely cold. Remove it from pan, peel off parchment and break up the brittle with your hands. Store in an airtight container.
