Marcy’s Gefilte Fish Salad

2 (14 ounce) jars Manischewitz® Gefilte Fishletes (in liquid)
1 (14 ounce) bag quartered artichokes
1 (8 ounce) bag water chestnuts, sliced
1 (8 1/4 ounce) bag sliced carrots
1 (3 ounce) jar cocktail onions
2 (3 4/5 ounce) can sliced black olives
1 ounce horsey sauce
1 tablespoon horseradish


Rinse Manischewitz® Gefilte Fishletes in colander. Place in large mixing bowl. Rinse artichokes in colander, add to bowl with fish balls. Drain water chestnuts, carrots, onions and olives. Add to bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl. Pour into a 9 x 13 glass casserole dish. Refrigerate until serving time. Overnight is acceptable.
