Good for You Noodle Pudding

Serves: 6 (Contains Dairy)

Cooking Time: 50 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup melted margarine
8 ounces Manischewitz® Yolk Free Wide Noodles, cooked and drained
3 egg whites
8 ounces low fat cottage cheese
8 ounces low fat sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup raisins
TOPPING
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1/4 cup cornflake crumbs
1 tablespoon margarine (optional)



PREPARATION:

Combine margarine with noodles, egg whites, cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla and raisins. Spoon into prepared pan. Sprinkle topping over noodle mixture. Dot with margarine. Bake until pudding is set.
