Combine the chopped almonds and sesame seeds in a bowl. Brush both sides of the white fish with 2 teaspoons hot pepper oil. Use the small amount of leftover oil to coat the bottom on pan. Dip each piece of fish into almond/sesame seeds, then lightly place in pan and brown. Warm the apricot preserve in a microwave until it is melted into a liquid. Mix the liquid with the diced avocado, mango, red onion and 2 teaspoons of pepper oil. Serve the sauce over the fish.
